Luna has proven business results across fifteen industries in the areas of incubation (planning, modelling & testing), disruption (business growth strategies) and monetisation (venture funding & exit strategies). Today he is renowned for his unique LIVE deconstruct-to-rebuild consultancy approach which he first masterminded whilst completing a Bachelor’s degree in Business (Accounting & Finance) at Southern Cross University.

In 2008, after building and advising a string of successful businesses, Luna founded an international consultancy servicing high calibre entrepreneurs in the United Kingdom, Australia and the United Arab Emirates. Servicing businesses across three continents and seventeen cities, Luna has engaged with thousands of businesses ; consulted over 413 CEO / Founders; facilitated 97 business sessions; and authored & published 5 books.

First step in this consulting module is to ensure you start with the end in mind. Once we know the proposed exit strategy you can work backward and evaluate the appropriate funding vehicle that will be required on the journey. It can include amongst others bank lending, angel or venture capital. Lastly organisations are required to properly structure themselves to be successful in this process, this includes everything from preparing the pitch to understanding the fund raising process.
